E-commerce Sales Manager




As E-commerce Sales Manager Women’s Fashion you will be responsible for the sales and P&L of all our omni-channel activities (e-shop, app, click&collect, store-to-web, marketplaces, etc).

You take ownership for the growth of all these channels towards a double-digit % of total sales and you manage all related sales and cost drivers to improve the bottom-line profitability.

We are very ambitious and see a lot of opportunities to make our omni-channel sales further grow, based upon a clear strategy and solid fundamentals.

As E-commerce Sales Manager you will report directly to our COO. You lead an E-commerce team consisting of 5 direct reports and will interact intensively with many colleagues in Marketing, CRM, Retail and IT.

Some of your activities:

    • Take a leading role in the further development of the omni-channel strategy of The company;
    • Develop and manage the full digital P&L based upon a multi-year plan;
    • You are in charge of the online commercial plan;
    • Work with marketing, CRM and commercial teams to ensure proper alignment on campaigns, communication, content and promotion planning;
    • You are responsible to build up traffic on our different digital platforms and to improve our digital user experience;
    • Supervise budget, performance and priorities with regard to all paid digital advertising along the different customer journeys;
    • Ensure all omni-channel operations run smoothly (platforms, logistics, stock management, etc);
    • Supervise the web-development cycles of our internal web development team and set priorities;
    • Improve sales on existing marketplaces and launch the brand on new marketplaces within Europe;
    • Coach the team and help everyone grow in their respective roles.


    • An experienced E-commerce professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment (fashion affinity is a plus)
    • You have a smart commercial instinct and have lots of energy;
    • You are a digital native who fully believes in an omni-channel strategy;
    • Our customer is a fast-fashion brand where things go fast, so working under pressure, flexible and pragmatic is what you like;
    • You will work a lot in teams, so strong organizational, communication and people skills are a must;
    • You are a strong influencer and effective in managing change;
    • It would be great if you speak both French and Dutch since most of your colleagues do.
